The Maures of the Senegal River Valley
Many Maures live in the SRV scattered throughout the towns and villages. Though they often speak Wolof or Pulaar, the language of the people living near them, their heart language is Hassaneya, a dialect of Arabic.
In some areas these people are being reached, but there are thousands who have never yet been reached. They are oral communicators so God's Word needs to be on cassette and "MegaVoice" so that they can hear the Word of God.
